Access Your Patient Portal
Manage your health online with ease. View your lab results, request appointments, and communicate securely with your care team. Please allow 24–72 hours for lab work to be posted (some tests may take 7–10 days) after review by your physician. Patient Portal
Staying Informed
- We actively monitor the CDC, Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Gwinnett Forsyth Hospital, and the AAFP to continually enhance our protocols and reduce the spread of infection.
- Dr. Shih is on staff at Emory Johns Creek and Northside Gwinnett, and follows their clinical recommendations and operational updates on a daily basis.
Telemedicine Visits
Telemedicine visits are approved by Dr. Shih.
We offer virtual visits for:
- Follow-up appointments
- Select short-term prescription refills
Please note: Not all conditions are suitable for telemedicine. Our staff will help determine if your visit qualifies.
Your telemedicine appointment will be billed through your insurance, just like a regular in-office visit.
