Meet Our Providers
Dr. John Y. Shih, D.O., FAAFP
Dr. Shih has devoted nearly three decades to caring for Georgia families. A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, he is board-certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Family Medicine, and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Dr. Shih also holds certification for Department of Transportation (DOT) exams.
Locally, Dr. Shih is on staff at Emory Johns Creek, Northside Gwinnett, and Johns Creek hospitals, where he served as chair of family medicine. As a senior FAA medical examiner, he performs flight physicals for pilots and aviation professionals. Dr. Shih is a past president of the Gwinnett-Forsyth Medical Society and a longstanding member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Outside the clinic, he enjoys family life in Suwanee and relaxing in Florida.
Jocelyn Castellano, APRN, AGNP-BC
Jocelyn Castellano, an adult nurse practitioner, brings over 30 years of experience to our practice. She is known for her positive energy, commitment to team-based care, and deep expertise in both hospital and private practice settings. Patients appreciate Jocelyn’s compassionate approach and clinical skill, particularly when navigating complex or urgent medical needs.
