Thank you for allowing me the honor of being your primary care physician and helping you maintain a healthy life.  Here is a brief message about follow up visits.

A follow up visit may be necessary based on the results of your labs, xrays or other diagnostic tests performed.  If you received prescriptions, please make a follow up appointment a full 2 weeks before they run out as delays can occur. Please make your appointment at check out. 

If you had a general physical, all labs are within normal limits and you do not have further questions, you do not have to schedule a follow up. Your results will be available to view on our portal, https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/account/Logon?lk=121016

once the results are completed and reviewed.  If your labs are out of range we will call you to return to the office for a visit where potential medication management will be discussed as an option.
