For 26 years Dr. Shih and I have been serving the Suwanee community and are very honored you have chosen us for your Primary care needs.

We do our very best to provide you with an estimate of costs prior to your visit.  But sometimes there is also a balance due after your visit that was not collected at the time of service. We follow your insurance company’s explanation of benefits for your claim.  Call the customer service number on the back of your card if you have questions about your balance and feel free to call us.

If you receive a bill from Quest for your lab tests be sure to reach out to Quest to confirm they have the most up to date insurance in their files.
